Provider Information
Website providers and how to identify the subprocessors for your Paprel deployment.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Website enquiries and measurement
Web3Forms receives name, email, subject and message submitted through the website enquiry form for delivery. Google Analytics and Google Ads are configured for optional website measurement and advertising subject to Cookie Preferences. These are website processing relationships; listing them here does not identify them as recipients of customer ledger records.
Provider legal entities, onward recipients, locations and retention depend on the applicable service arrangements. Contact dpo@paprel.com for information relevant to your request. This page does not claim zero provider retention, a particular data residency or a completed independent audit.
2. Customer-service subprocessors
Before production processing, obtain the service-specific schedule identifying provider legal entity, function, processing location and applicable transfer safeguards. That schedule must cover hosting/storage, backup/logging, communications, support and any AI processing actually used for your deployment. Customer-selected connected apps are identified separately from Paprel-appointed subprocessors.
The Data Processing Addendum governs authorisation and notice of service subprocessor changes. This website-provider list does not substitute for a complete deployment schedule and does not authorise an unnamed service subprocessor. Contact dpo@paprel.com to confirm the schedule for your service.
