Experience
Native product experience
Invoicing, reports, and reconciliation stay inside your product. Branding without the ledger, workflows, and audit trail is just a skin.
Offer accounting SaaS as a new revenue stream or run internal finance operations end to end. Paprel supplies the tenant-scoped ledger, reporting, and audit infrastructure through APIs, production Embedded UI, or a hosted workspace.
Start managed, add branded distribution when you need it, or scope private infrastructure for a specific residency or regulatory requirement.
The accounting contract stays consistent across all three models, so an evaluation does not become a rewrite when your delivery requirements change.
White-label changes who owns the product experience—not the integrity of the accounting system beneath it. Brand, tenancy, delivery surface, and ledger contract each have a clear boundary.
Experience
Invoicing, reports, and reconciliation stay inside your product. Branding without the ledger, workflows, and audit trail is just a skin.
Tenancy
Companies you provision are attributed to your platform. Roles, OAuth, and isolation stay per tenant — walked in the white-label setup guide.
Delivery
Use the headless API, mount production components for accounting and financial reports, or hand customers a hosted workspace. Documents and expense workflows remain API-first today.
Accounting core
One OpenAPI contract, balanced journals, append-only history. Code against sandbox is the code you ship, whichever model you land on.
From evaluation to production
Prove the accounting behavior first. Commercial scope, tenant provisioning, and branded delivery follow without changing the contract your team evaluated.
Clear answers about product ownership, delivery boundaries, deployment, and commercial scope before your team starts an evaluation.
White-label accounting is ledger-backed invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation that your customers use under your brand — not a third-party books product they leave you to open. Paprel supplies the engine; you own the relationship.
It is the same product. Embedded / managed is the default: you integrate the API and Paprel hosts. White-label is the later commercial wrap — your brand, domain, and partner-attributed tenants — when you sell accounting as part of your own offering.
Yes, for accounting and financial reports. Paprel ships framework-neutral Web Components through @paprel/embed-accounting and @paprel/embed-reports, with inherited semantic theme tokens. Documents and expense workflows remain API-first today, and a Paprel-hosted workspace is also available when you do not want to build those screens.
No. White-label still runs on Paprel-hosted infrastructure, behind your brand. Private deployment / BYOC is for teams that need the ledger in their cloud or on dedicated infrastructure. Both are Custom-tier conversations.
Custom. Starter is $149/month with 5,000 ops; Growth is $499/month with 30,000. White-label distribution, committed usage, and rollout support are scoped together — not a self-serve toggle on those plans.
Platform partnership
Tell us who you serve, how you plan to package accounting, and your expected volume. Or validate the API in sandbox first—the contract does not change.
