Proprietary License
The license terms for Paprel software, APIs, documentation, OpenAPI specifications, SDKs, examples, and related developer materials.
1. Scope
This License applies to software, APIs, application interfaces, documentation, OpenAPI specifications, sample code, SDKs, examples, templates, design assets, and other materials made available by paprel.com or Nexara Global Pte. Ltd. (collectively, the "Materials"), unless a separate written agreement or third-party license states otherwise.
This License works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this License and a signed agreement with Paprel, the signed agreement controls for the covered account or deployment.
2. Limited Permission
Subject to this License and the Terms of Service, Paprel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Materials only to evaluate, integrate with, test, or use Paprel services as authorized by Paprel.
You may use the public API documentation and OpenAPI specification to build integrations with Paprel, generate internal client code, and test authorized workflows. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Materials or any Paprel intellectual property.
3. Restrictions
Unless Paprel gives prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, lease, host, or make the Materials available as a standalone product;
- remove copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from non-public software;
- use the Materials to build or support a competing service that reproduces Paprel's protected product experience;
- use Paprel names, logos, or brand assets in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without approval;
- use API credentials, examples, or documentation to bypass security, rate limits, authorization scopes, or access controls.
4. Ownership and Feedback
Paprel and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Materials, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this License.
If you provide comments, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Paprel a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve Paprel products and services without restriction or obligation to you.
5. Third-Party and Open-Source Software
Some Paprel products, websites, SDKs, examples, or documentation may include or reference third-party or open-source software. Those components are licensed under their own terms. Nothing in this License limits rights you may have under applicable open-source licenses.
6. API Credentials and Confidentiality
API keys, OAuth credentials, sandbox credentials, tokens, secrets, and private integration details are confidential. You are responsible for protecting them, limiting access to authorized users and systems, and promptly rotating or revoking credentials if they may have been exposed.
7. No Warranty
The Materials are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Paprel disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Termination
Paprel may suspend or terminate your permission to use the Materials if you violate this License, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using the Materials and delete any copies that are not required for ordinary business records, audit records, or legal compliance.
